Is Discord safe for 12 year olds? ›

The answer to this question ultimately depends on how you and your child use the platform. By setting boundaries, having open conversations, and monitoring their activity, Discord can be a relatively safe place for kids and teens to connect with friends and engage in shared interests.

Try to rejoin the server after finding it in search to see what happens. If you can join, you were kicked, but not banned. If you can't join, you're probably banned. It's also possible you're already on too many servers.
