While I’m at it I’ll also say that the way large communications companies continue to mislead and manipulate customers is terrible. It’s not just @ATT. We’re on @Xfinity and they’re just as bad at customer service & loyalty.

If you’re thinking about switching to an @ATT 5G plan, don’t bother. An ATT store agent assured us that we could switch plans to get 5G service at a lower price. First bill came in and it was 40% more. 😳 After two hours with @ATTHelp I switched back to my old plan.

@RobAdamsFL @ATT @Verizon Big props also to Verizon, with increasing its hotspot capacity to those with unlimited service. Pretty much my phone is my internet, which is a challenge when having to work from home. Hope there is some sort of continued expansion in May.

@ATTHelp It just now started working. I could not watch earlier games at all. I assume as games are ending your systems are freeing up. You need to fix this 💩. My app & device are up to date. The problems are yours. I'll not buy your package next year. It absolutely sucks.

Nice to know @ATT @ATTHelp have no mechanism (said by att supervisor) 4 customer feedback & f/u. Wasted days due to poor & incompetent service, unauthorized plan changes that resulted in overcharges. This is how corporations make $$. They bank on us not having time to fight back.

Google speed test - 119.7 down & 115.9 upSpeedtest by Ookla - 124.7 down & 122.9 up@ATT - you should pay $20 more a month for 500 because currently you have 100 up / 20 down and you can't stream @disneyplus without buffering every 10 seconds. Any guidance @ATTHelp?

@_willcompton @ATT They sent us a new modem because our fiber went down for like 6 hours and they couldn’t figure out the problem. We had 21 days to return the old one to not get charged. They rushed the delivery and we still didn’t get it til day 17 lol

@ATT I have HAD IT with AT&T’s poor customer service. I have tried all day to get the right person to come to the phone and connect me to someone who can schedule a technician. This is to fix a problem that keeps coming up after I do the home remedies. I am at my wit’s end!!!
